Copies Provided to Client. Client may retain copies of Work Product for reference; provided, however, that Client may not make copies of the Work Product available without Engineer’s written permission, and, granted such permission, may only do so to the extent the use of such copies of the Work Product directly pertains to the Services, the Plant, or the construction thereof. Pursuant to Section 8.1 of this Agreement, Engineer retains ownership of and property interests in any Work Product made available and/or copied.
