Common use of Copies of Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statement. The Partnership will furnish to the Underwriters, without charge, such number of conformed copies of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission and of each amendment thereto and corresponding to the version filed in the Commission’s electronic data gathering, analysis and retrieval system (“XXXXX”) version, including financial statements and all exhibits to the Registration Statement as the Underwriters or the Underwriters’ counsel may reasonably request.

Copies of Registration Statement. The Partnership will furnish to the Underwriters, without charge, such number of conformed copies (i) one copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed with manually signed copy of the Commission and of each amendment thereto and registration statement corresponding to the version filed in the Commission’s electronic data gathering, analysis and retrieval system (“XXXXX”) versionversion filed with the Commission and of each amendment thereto, including financial statements and all exhibits to the Registration Statement registration statement and (ii) such number of conformed copies of the registration statement as originally filed and of each amendment thereto, but without exhibits, as the Underwriters or the Underwriters’ counsel may reasonably request.
