  • Shareholder Reports All expenses of preparing, setting in type, printing and distributing reports and other communications to shareholders.

  • Cancellation of electronic bill notification The electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to cancel the presentment of electronic bills at any time. It may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx.   • Payroll Records 6.34.1 Contractor and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1776.
