Copies of Confidential Information. Copies of any and all Confidential Information may not be made without the express written permission of Client. Any and all such copies shall be returned to Client with the originals of that Confidential Information.

Employee agrees that copies of confidential information may not be made without the express written permission of Employer and that all such copies shall be returned to Employer along with the originals upon termination of this Agreement or upon the request of the Board at any time.

Anything furnished to Recipient or any of its Representatives, as well as all copies, compilations, notes or memoranda relating to the Confidential Information, are and shall remain the property of the Disclosing Party and shall, upon such Disclosing Party’s request, be promptly returned to the Disclosing Party, or, at the Disclosing Party’s sole option, be destroyed with a written affidavit certifying such destruction executed by a person having authority to bind the Recipient.
Copies of Confidential Information. Confidential Information must not be copied or reproduced by the Recipient or its Representatives without Discloser’s prior written approval; provided, however, that copies may be made and supplied to the Recipient’s accountants and counsel for purposes of review without such prior written consent.
