Coordination procedure Sample Clauses
The Coordination Procedure clause establishes the process by which parties will communicate, collaborate, and make joint decisions regarding the execution of their agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the methods for sharing information, scheduling meetings, designating points of contact, and resolving issues that require input from multiple parties. Its core function is to ensure efficient cooperation and prevent misunderstandings by providing a clear framework for ongoing coordination throughout the duration of the contract.
Coordination procedure. 4.1 If an intended frequency assignment has to be coordinated, the period of coordination shall not exceed 45 days from the date of the receipt of a written request and 20 days after a reminder. A request may be sent by e‐mail to the administration’s official e‐mail address. If no reply is received after 65 days after the initial request the frequency assignment shall be considered as coordinated.
4.2 The exchange of the coordination information between the administrations shall be in electronic form and sent by e‐mail or by other electronic means as appropriate or agreed bilaterally.
4.3 Preliminary coordination may take place between the operators concerned. The results of such preliminary coordination have to be covered by operators’ arrangements, which must be approved by the administrations.
Coordination procedure. 4.1 Establishment of agreements between operators shall be encouraged to the extent possible. Subject to agreement between operators other technical characteristics can be used, e.g. other field strength limits or propagation models.
4.2 Any case of interference shall as far as possible be resolved among operators concerned. If not resolved, or in case of unequal access to the spectrum band, assistance might be sought from the administrations.
Coordination procedure. Within the first thirty (30) Days after this Contract is signed, both Commission's and Contractor's representatives will meet to discuss all matters of common interest, including but not limited to all matters concerning coordination of the Project. During the meeting the Contractor will provide Commission a coordination procedure based on internationally accepted standards, as well as on the procedures and guidelines established in Annex 18. The coordination procedure must be strictly fulfilled during development of the Works.
Coordination procedure. In general, neither coordination nor notification of stations is required, except in cases of harmful interference. Operators may diverge from the regulation given in this Technical Arrangement subject to the so-called Operator Arrangement (see section 6).
1 Excluding the sub-band 3400-3410 MHz in Austria, Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia, since it cannot be assigned either for FDD or TDD systems in order that the radar systems operating in the lower adjacent band be protected from the out of band emission produced by MFCN systems.
