Coordination of Planners and Designers. If Tenant shall arrange for interior design services, whether with Landlord's space planner or any other planner or designer, it shall be Tenant's responsibility to cause necessary coordination of its agents' efforts with Landlord's agents to ensure that no delays are caused to either the planning or construction of the Tenant's Improvements.

Coordination of Planners and Designers. If Tenant shall arrange for interior design services, whether with Landlord’s space planner or any other planner or designer, it shall be Tenant’s responsibility to cause necessary coordination of its agents’ efforts with Landlord’s agents to ensure that no delays are caused to either the planning or construction of the Tenant’s Work; provided that Landlord, Landlord’s space planner, Landlord’s Contractor and Landlord’s Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate customary work performed by a Tenant Party during the completion of the Tenant’s Work, including without limitation, the installation of security systems, data cables and Tenant’s furniture and fixtures.
Coordination of Planners and Designers. It shall be Tenant's responsibility to cause necessary coordination of its agents' efforts with Landlord's agents to ensure that no delays are caused to either the planning or construction of the Tenant's Improvements. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord the cost incurred for Landlord's engineers to review the Construction Plans ("Construction Plans Review Fee"). The Construction Plans Review Fee shall not exceed $3,840.00.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts.
