Coordination Mechanism. 36.1 The Parties shall set up the Coordination Mechanism by designating representatives from the competent authorities of the territories to provide assistance in the resolution of any incidents or activities relating to investors and their investments.
Coordination Mechanism. 7.1. In furtherance of a sound and orderly development of the insurance sales agency business specified herein, Party A and Party B shall together establish a coordination mechanism for the sales agency business.
Coordination Mechanism. 1. The Parties agree to nominate TBT Coordinators and to give appropriate information to the other Party when their TBT Coordinator changes. The TBT Coordinators shall work jointly in order to facilitate the implementation of this Chapter and cooperation between the Parties in all matters pertaining to this Chapter.
Coordination Mechanism. 1. ASEAN and UN shall maintain and hold regular consultations on issues and activities of strategic importance for the purposes of furthering and facilitating the effective achievement of the objectives they have in common and of ensuring the greatest possible coordination of activities, as agreed, with a view to maximizing complementarity and mutual support.
Coordination Mechanism. 4.1 The Project activities will be implemented under the guidance of the Project Management Unit (PMU) to be composed of representatives of FAO and IMELS. Technical supervision will be assigned to FAO.
Coordination Mechanism. The Parties shall be in cooperation to review the implementation of this Agreement and make their best efforts to address other matters related to this Agreement identified by the Parties.
Coordination Mechanism. The Parties shall nominate equal number of "Official Representatives" in capacity as members of the “Services Coordination Committee". The Committee will meet periodically but not less than once in a quarter of a calendar year, to review status of service delivery under this Agreement. The Committee will take all such steps at the operational level which are deemed necessary to make health care service delivery efficient, transparent and effective. It will also suggest to the concerned authorities any remedial action required at policy level if and when needed to meet objectives of this Agreement.
Coordination Mechanism. The Parties agree that each will establish an appeal system for crew and shipowners, as well as a mechanism for handling emergent incidents concerning cross-strait crew cooperation, and will guide management main bodies in resolving crew disputes and emergent incidents. In the event that a major safety incident or other such situation occurs, the Parties shall promptly notify each other, and take joint measures to handle the situation properly. In addition, the Parties will deal strictly with the management main bodies that act in violation of this Agreement.
Coordination Mechanism. 1. In implementing this MOU, the Parties shall be committed to coordinating and consulting closely with each other.
