Common use of Coordination and Communication Clause in Contracts

Coordination and Communication. The University and the Affiliate will coordinate and cooperate regarding the Student’s Internship. Each party will designate a representative (“Representative”) for such communications. The Representative from the University will serve as a faculty or professional staff member.
