Coordination and Communication. The University and the Affiliate will coordinate and cooperate regarding the Student’s Internship. The University Representative will provide the Affiliate Representative with necessary information prior to the Student's assignment. During the term of this Agreement, ADS and Loyalty Ventures shall each designate a group of individuals who shall work cooperatively with their counterparts to facilitate and administer this Agreement. Each Party shall appoint a principal point of contact with respect to each category of Services described in Exhibit A (each, a “Services Manager”), which Services Manager shall be the primary point of contact in relation to issues arising with respect to the applicable category of Services. Either Party may replace a Services Manager with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by giving notice in writing to the other Party setting forth the name of (i) the Services Manager to be replaced and (ii) the replacement Services Manager. The initial Services Managers for each Party are identified on Exhibit A.

Coordination and Communication. The execution of the Joint Activity Plan is the responsibility of the Executive Office (Article 4.1).
Coordination and Communication. Petro Star and EBC acknowledge that the cooperative efforts contemplated by this Agreement will require the coordination of the respective efforts of and communication between the two companies on an ongoing basis.
Coordination and Communication. 2.3.1. City will conduct Risk Assessments using the City’s Risk Assessment matrix and analyze data to prioritize sites for clean–up activities upon Right-of-Way located within City Limits in a manner that is compatible with ODOT-planned highway and Right-of-Way operations, maintenance and construction activities. Risk Assessments will be conducted no less than once a week. City will provide the State’s Contract Manager with the Risk Assessment priorities upon completion of prioritization.

The Service Recipient and the Service Provider will each appoint a single service manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for the other Party for matters related to this Agreement, including handling of requests for changes in the Services (the “Service Manager”). Each Party shall also appoint one senior executive to serve as the primary contact for discussing material issues and handling escalations (“Executive”). A Party may replace its Services Manager or Executive with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by notifying the other of such new appointment. Each Party will use reasonable efforts to minimize changes to who is serving as its Service Manager or Executive, as applicable.

The Seller Group and the Buyer shall each appoint personnel who will serve as the primary point of contact for the other Party for various matters or Services related to this Agreement (each a “Services Manager”). Either Party may replace its applicable Services Manager with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by notifying the other Party of such new appointment. The initial Service Manager(s) of each Party are identified on Exhibit A.
Coordination and Communication. Contractor will designate the Representative responsible for coordinating its Contract performance and, if requested, a Representative responsible for supervising Work Site Services. Each designated Representative must: (i) have full authority to act on Contractor’s behalf; (ii) have experience supervising similar work; (iii) be acceptable to Company; and (iv) participate in meetings about the Services upon request. A Company instruction or notice to a designated Representative binds Contractor. Company may designate one or more persons to act on its behalf. Section 10.3 (Notices) and Exhibit A (Notices and Administration) address contract administration details. When Work Site Services are in progress, at least one responsible Representative must be present and have available an up-to-date copy of the Contract. Unless the Contract states otherwise, each work group performing Work Site Services must have either a two-way radio compatible with devices used by Company or a cellular telephone. The Parties will update contact information as appropriate.
Coordination and Communication. The execution of activities that only pertain to the Grants, will be internally coordinated by the respective Grants according to their governance structures and processes. The execution of the Joint Activity Plan is a responsibility of the Cross-project Executive Office (Article 3.1).
