Common use of Cooperative Testing Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Testing. The Parties agree to coordinate and perform cooperative testing of unbundled digital Loops according to the process established in the document “DSL Provisioning Process” by the New York Public Service Commission’s DSL Collaborative in NYPSC Case 00-C- 0127, as such document may be amended, revised or changed from time-to-time by the New York Public Service Commission’s DSL Collaborative.
