Cooperative Relations. The parties recognize that the success of the Juvenile Home operation depends upon the Judges' ability to establish a proper service to the community, and for its citizens, with due regard to the interests of the citizens of the community, the Circuit Court - Family Division and the Juvenile Home personnel. To these ends, the Judges, employees and the Union encourage, to the fullest degree, friendly and cooperative relations between their respective representatives at all levels and among all employees.
