Common use of Cooperative Effort Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Effort. In order that each of the legal requirements as set forth in Paragraph 5.0 hereof are fulfilled, each of the Parties to this Agreement must perform certain specific tasks as more particularly set forth in the HCP.
