Cooperative Effort. If either Party is pursuing an strategic opportunity using an Alliance Product or Service and the Party pursuing the opportunity indicates to the Supplying Party that capturing the business opportunity with the customer requires different pricing or other terms, the Supplying Party agrees to exercise its best reasonable efforts to modify the pricing or other terms of the Alliance Product or Service in order for the Parties to provide the most competitive solution for the customer presenting the strategic opportunity. ****
