Common use of Cooperative Contract Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Contract. A. The City has entered into Interlocal Purchasing Agreements with other governmental entities, for the purpose of accessing their cooperative contracts and making available our cooperative contracts, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code. The Contractor agrees to offer the same prices and terms and conditions of this cooperative contract to other eligible governmental agencies that have entered into an interlocal agreement with the City for the purpose of accessing the City’s cooperative contracts.
