Cooperation with Others. The University may, in its sole discretion, engage or employ the services of others to perform work that may or may not be related to the Services. In the performance of the Services, the Contractor shall afford its full cooperation and coordinate its work with the work of these other contractors as may be required.

Cooperation with Others. Contractor reserves the right to require Subcontractor to schedule the order of performance of the Work in such a manner as will minimize interference with work of any of the parties involved. Subcontractor shall fully cooperate with Contractor and others engaged in the work on the project and shall not interfere with the performance of such work and shall coordinate its Work with the work of Contractor, other subcontractors, Owner and its agents or inspectors, and utility companies or others that may be working in the area, so that the work of the entire project may be performed with the utmost speed consistent with good practice. GC-15 DELAYS In accordance with FAR 52.249-14, if Subcontractor’s performance of this Subcontract is prevented or delayed by any unforeseeable cause, existing or future, which is beyond the reasonable control of the Parties and without the fault or negligence of Subcontractor, Subcontractor shall, within twenty-four (24) hours of the commencement of any such delay, give to Contractor written notice thereof and a written description of the anticipated impact of the delay on performance of the Work. Delays attributable to and within the control of Subcontractor’s suppliers or subcontractors of any tier shall be deemed delays within the control of Subcontractor. Within seven (7) days after the termination of any excusable delay, Subcontractor shall file a written notice with Contractor specifying the actual duration of the delay. Failure to give any of the above notices shall be sufficient ground for denial of an extension of time. If Contractor determines that the delay was unforeseeable, beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of Subcontractor, Contractor will determine the duration of the delay and will extend the time of performance of this Subcontract by written modification. Such extension shall be the sole remedy for the delay. No allowance for an extension of time, for any cause whatever, shall be claimed or made by the Subcontractor unless the Subcontractor shall have made written request upon the Contractor for such extension within twenty-four (24) hours after the cause for such extension first occurred, and unless the Contractor and Subcontractor have agreed in writing upon the allowance of additional time. No extension of time granted Contractor by Owner shall inure to the benefit of Subcontractor unless such extension of time is directly related to Subcontractor's work hereunder. Cooperation with Others a. The Sub-Contractor must cooperate with Separate Contractors on Site and must at its own cost, at all times, plan, program and carry out the Sub-Contract Works so as to minimise any interference with, disruption or hindrance of, or delay to the performance of works on the Site being performed by Separate Contractors. The Sub-Contractor will have No Claim against Total arising out of compliance with its obligation under this sub-clause.
Cooperation with Others. Contractor acknowledges that Owner, other contractors and other subcontractors or other Persons may be working at the Site during the performance of this Agreement and the Work or use of certain facilities may be interfered with as a result of such concurrent activities. Owner shall notify Contractor of the other contractors, subcontractors or Persons and the general nature of the Work to be performed by each. Contractor shall coordinate the Work with the work of Owner’s other contractors, if any, in such manner to ensure that no delay or interference in completion of any part or all of the Project. Contractor shall perform all cutting, fitting, patching, sleeving, grouting, and sealing of the Work that (i) may be required to fit the Work to the work of others, to receive the work of others, or to be received by the work of others, as shown in or reasonably implied by the Contract Documents, (ii) is required or reasonably implied by the Contract Documents, or (iii) is required or reasonably implied by Applicable Law.

To minimize interference with work of any of the other parties involved, Contractor shall perform the Work only in the designated areas (including laydown areas) set forth on Attachment T. Contractor shall at all times coordinate the performance of the Work on the Site with Owner and all of Owner’s other contractors and other subcontractors or other Persons performing work on the Site. Contractor agrees to cooperate with Owner and such other contractors and other subcontractors or other Persons so as to not to materially interfere with the activities of such Persons working on the Site. Subject to Section 4.3, Contractor shall be fully responsible for coordinating the Work and the activities of Contractor and its Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors occurring off of the Site with any work or activities of Owner, Owner’s other contractors and its other subcontractors or other Persons. During pre-commissioning, start-up operations, commissioning, Performance Tests and other testing of the Project, Contractor shall at all times coordinate with, supervise, and manage Process Licensor personnel.
Cooperation with Others. 6.1. AASDI shall not interfere with, fully cooperate and coordinate its work with that of ASD and any other contractor, subcontractor or supplier for the Project. AASDI and shall not interfere with ASD’s relationship with its Client, other trades, contractors or suppliers.
