Cooperation Project. Party A, as the network operator, shall provide network platform and communication services, as well as operational and interfacing specifications for Monternet WAP services to Party B; Party B, as the service provider, shall develop and provide application content services in accordance with the specifications provided by Party A. Party B may link its application content to Party A’s Monternet WAP main website subject to testing and permit of Party A, the URL address of which is xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Cooperation Project. Party B authorizes Party A to sell Xxxxxx Games Pre-paid Cards as its exclusive agent during the Term of this Agreement. For improving the experiences of the users, Party A may sell the Xxxxxx Games Pre-paid Cards in the form of Xxxxxx Interactive Entertainment Cards, and let the users to pay the Products by using the Xxxxxx Interactive Entertainment Cards through its Sheng-fu-tong System. The Xxxxxx Interactive Entertainment Cards and the Xxxxxx Games Pre-paid Cards can be converted through the backend system developed by Party A.
Cooperation Project. Party A shall provide the network platform and communication services as the network operator, and provide Party B with the Monternet WAP business specification and interfaces technical specification; Party B, as the service provider, shall develop/provide the application contents services based on the above specification. After the test and approval of Party A, the contents furnished by Party B shall be connected into the WAP primary station of the Monternet at the URL address of xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The project has started from December 1, 2002, with the mutually agreed period starting from December 1, 2002 to December 31, 2003.
Cooperation Project. 1. As a provider of the platform for the delivery of SMS, Party A will provide networking channel to Party B for a fee.
Cooperation Project. Party A hereby grants Party B with exclusive regional advertising agency rights on Music Radio channel of CNR within the designated city, i.e. Tianjin, under this Agreement. Regional Advertising means the advertising broadcasted within a designated city during the programs of Music Radio channel of CNR.

Cooperation Project. 1.1 In accordance with the Project Filed with Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission (No. [***]), JAC intends to lease the existing land and plant in the Xinqiao Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Zone in Hefei (the “Xinqiao Plant”) and supporting auxiliary facilities thereof, which shall be transformed into four processing workshops and related production facilities with planned annual manufacturing capacity of 100,000 new energy passenger vehicles for production of NIO ET5 and other models agreed in writing by the Parties (the “Cooperative Model”).
Cooperation Project. 1.1 Party A and Party B shall cooperate for the broadcast program provided by Party A on wireless value-added service on the telecom added-value service platform-service platform of China Mobile provided by Party B; Party A shall be responsible for program production and broadcast and development of some technical process; Party B shall provide IVR channel of wireless value-added service and the charge code l2590899766, l2590899769 , (hereinafter as "cooperation code") and necessary technical support and shall be responsible for settlement and coordination with the telecom operator China Mobile.
Cooperation Project. Article 1: For the respective advantage in technology and business, Party A will provide SMS information system, Party B will carry out the business for its subscribers with the SMS information system provided by Party A (the subscribers shall be the cell phone user of Party A’s GSM or Jinka Shenzhouxing).
Cooperation Project. 1.1 The Parties agree to cooperate with each other to carry out the manufacturing of motorcycles. NIU will license CSQ to use its trademarks for the purpose of manufacturing the agreed model of motorcycles (with the specific specifications, parameters and option requirements to be provided by NIU) (the “Cooperation Model”), and CSQ will commit its resources for the purpose of manufacturing the Cooperation Model (the “Cooperation” or the “Cooperation Project”).
