Cooperation and Technical Assistance. 1. Each Party recognises the rights and obligations relating to technical assistance in the TBT Agreement, especially for developing country Members.
Cooperation and Technical Assistance. 1. The cooperation and technical assistance measures required for the implementation of this Chapter are established in Article 62 of Title VI (Economic and Trade Development) of Part III of this Agreement.
Cooperation and Technical Assistance. The Parties agree that it is in their common interest to promote technical assistance initiatives related to competition policy and law enforcement activities. This cooperation is addressed in Article 52 of Agreement.

Noting the different levels of development of the national food control systems and the Initiative for ASEAN Integration launched in 2000 by the ASEAN Leaders to narrow the development gap and to accelerate economic integration, Member states will seek to enhance cooperation and prov1s1on of technical assistance.

The Parties hereby agree to support cooperation and technical assistance processes for the strengthening of capabilities in sanitary and phytosanitary measures for the following purposes: Favouring and promoting the application and implementation of this Chapter and the SPM Agreement; Strengthening their respective authorities responsible for carrying out and applying sanitary and phytosanitary measures; Helping to carry out activities that facilitate trade; Cooperating on the development and implementation of international standards, guidelines or recommendations and, where necessary, request support from competent international organisations; Sharing non-confidential information which served one Party as the basis for a sanitary or phytosanitary measure; Cooperating, as much as possible, in bringing attention to sanitary and phytosanitary emergencies; and Carrying out other cooperation and technical assistance activities agreed upon by the Parties.
