Conveyance of the Real Property. At Closing, Seller shall convey to Purchaser the Real Property subject to all Title Exceptions and Survey Defects other than the Unpermitted Exceptions which are cured by causing the Title Company to insure over such Unpermitted Exceptions in the Title Policy, but which otherwise are not removed from title.‌

Conveyance of the Real Property. The conveyance of the Real Property contemplated by this Agreement shall be consummated on or before June 30, 2022, (the “Closing Date”). In the event the Closing Date specified is not a business day, the Closing shall be held on the business day next following such date. All Closing expenses incurred by the CRA with respect to this Agreement, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees of the CRA, shall be borne and paid exclusively by the CRA. All Closing expenses incurred by WWLLC with respect to this Agreement including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees of WWLLC and ROCO, shall be borne and paid exclusively by WWLLC and ROCO. All other closing costs shall be borne and paid by the parties as provided in the Vacant Land Contract.
