Common use of Conveyance by Deed Clause in Contracts

Conveyance by Deed. Subject to the provisions hereof, on the Closing Date Seller shall convey the Property to Buyer by a bargain and deed with covenants against grantor’s acts (the “Deed”) in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, subject to those matters set forth therein and a B▇▇▇ of Sale. If necessary, the form of Deed shall be modified so as to be recordable in the jurisdiction where the Property is located.

Conveyance by Deed. Subject to the provisions hereof, Seller shall, on or before the Closing Date Seller shall Date, convey the Property to Buyer by a bargain and deed with covenants against grantor’s acts Special Warranty Deed (the “Deed”) in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached heretohereto and incorporated herein, subject to those matters set forth therein and a B▇▇▇ of Salepermitted therein. If necessary, the form of Deed shall may be modified so as to be recordable in the jurisdiction state where the Property is located.

Conveyance by Deed. Subject to the provisions hereof, on the Closing Date Seller shall convey title to the Property to Buyer by a bargain and special warranty deed with covenants against grantor’s acts (the “Deed”) substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, subject to those matters set forth therein and a B▇▇▇ the Permitted Exceptions as determined pursuant to Section 5.1 of Salethis Agreement. If necessary, the form of Deed shall be modified so as to be recordable in the jurisdiction where the Property is located.

Subject to the provisions hereofof this Agreement, on the applicable Closing Date each Seller shall convey the Property owned by such Seller to Buyer by a bargain and special warranty deed with covenants against grantor’s acts (the “"Deed”") in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, subject to those matters set forth therein and a B▇▇▇ of Salethe Permitted Exceptions. If necessary, the form of Deed shall be modified so as to be recordable in the jurisdiction where the Property is located.
