Conversions in Part. Subject to the terms of this Indenture, Notes may be converted in part, but only in a principal amount principal amount that is $1,000 or an integral multiple thereof. Provisions of this Article V applying to the conversion of a Note in whole will equally apply to conversions of a permitted portion of a Note.
