Common use of CONTROLS AND AUDITS Clause in Contracts

CONTROLS AND AUDITS. The Contracting Parties undertake to provide all information requested by the European Commission, the National Agency or any other body authorized by them with the purpose of verifying the good performance of the mobility period in compliance with the provisions of the contract. The participant is also available to take part in the monitoring and evaluation actions promoted by the National Agency in the 24 months following the closing date of the project activities and, within the limits of its possibilities, to communicate to the body any eventuality variation of his residence.
