Common use of Controlling Law; Integration; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Controlling Law; Integration; Amendment. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Colorado without reference to its choice of law rules. This Agreement and the documents executed pursuant hereto or in connection herewith supersede all negotiations, agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or supplemented except by written agreement of the parties hereto.
