Controlling Law and Venue. The provisions of this Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and, rules of the District, as they appear at the time of signing or any subsequent addenda. Any dispute under this Agreement or related to this Agreement shall be governed by Oregon law, and any litigation arising out of this Agreement shall be conducted in courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. If the claim must be brought in a federal forum, then it shall be conducted in the United States District Court for the State of Oregon.
