Contractual Obligations. (a) Nothing in this Agreement shall supersede, modify, replace or cancel any existing contractual obligations, including but not limited to restrictive covenants, applicable to you in any employment agreement, offer letter, prior equity award agreement or any other agreement or contract with the Company or its Affiliates.
