Contracts With Others. CHC retains the authority to contract with other dentists or dental practices, if, and to the extent that, CHC’s Administrator reasonably determines that such contracts are necessary in order to implement the CHC Board’s policies and procedures, or as otherwise may be necessary to assure appropriate collaboration with other local providers to enhance patient freedom of choice, and/or to enhance accessibility, availability, quality and comprehensiveness of care.
