Contracts and Subcontracts. Consistent with Section 5.3, all hazardous waste abatement, construction work and professional services for the Project shall be performed by persons or entities licensed or otherwise legally authorized to perform the applicable work or service in the State of California and the CITY of Fresno. The DEVELOPER shall provide the CITY with copies of all agreements it has entered into with any and all general contractors or subcontractors for this Project.
