Contractors. ITUNES may contract with third parties to provide Fulfillment Activities on behalf of ITUNES, provided such third parties are subject to terms no less restrictive than the terms ITUNES is subject to under this Agreement. ITUNES shall be responsible for the performance of such third parties while under ITUNES’ control and supervision.
