Contractor shall maintain sufficient off-site support staff, and competent staff at the Project site authorized to act on behalf of Contractor to coordinate, inspect and provide general direction of the work and progress of the subcontractors and Contractor shall provide no less than those personnel during the respective phases of construction.

Contractor’s Staff. Contractor shall maintain sufficient off-site support staff, and competent staff at the Project site authorized to act on behalf of Contractor to coordinate, inspect and provide general direction of the work and progress of the subcontractors and Contractor shall provide no less than those personnel during the respective phases of construction. He shall not change any of those persons unless mutually agreed to by the Owner and Contractor. In such case, the Owners shall have the right of approval of the qualifications of replacement personnel. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
