Contractor’s Records. ‌ The Contractor shall maintain all records in connection with the Contract (expressly or otherwise), and without prejudice to clause A11 (Disclosure of Information), make them available to be examined or copied, by or on behalf of the Authority, as the Authority may require. These records shall be retained for a period of at least four (4) years after the expiry or earlier termination of the Contract.
