Common use of Contractor’s Pollution Liability Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Pollution Liability. The Contractor shall purchase, provide and maintain or cause to be purchased, provided and maintained, at no cost to Owner, contractors’ pollution liability insurance covering the Contractor and all Subcontractors with a minimum limit of liability in the amount of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per claim and in the aggregate. Such policy shall have an extended reporting period being a minimum of 36 months from the completion date.
