Common use of CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE. To and for the benefit of CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSXT”) and to induce CSXT to permit Contractor on or about CSXT’s property for the purposes of performing work in accordance with the Agreement dated , 20 , between the Village of Scotia. and CSXT, Contractor hereby agrees to abide by and perform all applicable terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to Exhibits C and F to the Agreement, and Sections 3, 9 and 11 of the Agreement.

CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE. To and for the benefit of CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSXT”) and to induce CSXT to permit Contractor on or about CSXT’s property for the purposes of performing work in accordance with the Agreement dated , 20 2023, between the Village City of Scotia. Augusta and CSXT, Contractor hereby agrees to abide by and perform all applicable terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to Exhibits C and F to the Agreement, and Sections 3, 9 and 11 of the Agreement.

CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE. To and for the benefit of CSX Transportation, Inc. County Commissioners and CSXT, Contractor hereby agrees to abide by and perform all applicable terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to Exhibits C and F to the Agreement, and Sections 3, 9 and 11 of the Agreement.

CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE. To and for the benefit of CSX Transportation, Inc. CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE. To and for the benefit of CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSXT”) and to induce CSXT to permit Contractor on or about CSXT’s property for the purposes of performing work in accordance with the Agreement dated , 20 , between the Village Columbia County, State of Scotia. Georgia and CSXT, Contractor hereby agrees to abide by and perform all applicable terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to Exhibits C and F to the Agreement, and Sections 3, 9 and 11 of the Agreement.

CONTRACTOR’S ACCEPTANCE. To and for the benefit of CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSXT”) and to induce CSXT to permit Contractor on or about CSXT’s property for the purposes of performing work in accordance with the Agreement dated , 20 , between the Village City of Scotia. Lakeland, Polk County and CSXT, Contractor hereby agrees to abide by and perform all applicable terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to Exhibits C and F to the Agreement, and Sections 3, 9 and 11 of the Agreement.
