Contractor to Construct the Works. 16.1. The Contactor shall construct and install the Works in accordance with the Specification and Drawings.

Contractor to Construct the Works. 10.1 The Contractor shall construct, install and maintain the Works in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings as specified in the Contract Data. 10.2 In the case of any class of work for which there is no such specification as is mentioned in Contract Data, such work shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions and requirement of the Engineer-in-charge. 10.3 The contractor shall supply and take upon himself the entire responsibility of the sufficiency of the scaffolding, timbering, machinery, tools and implements, and generally of all means used for the fulfillment of this contract whether such means mayor may not be approved or recommended by the Engineer.

The Works to Be Completed by the Intended Completion Date 17.1 The Contractor may commence execution of the Works on the Start Date and shall carry out the Works in accordance with the program submitted by the Contractor, as updated with the approval of the Engineer, and complete them by the Intended Completion Date.
