Common use of Contractor Representative Clause in Contracts

Contractor Representative. The Contractor shall have a knowledgeable and responsible Representative report to the Municipality’s designated Contract Representative within 24 hours following the execution of this Contract. The Contractor Representative shall have the authority to implement all actions required to begin the performance of contracted services as set out in this Contract and the Contractor’s General Operations Plan. 3.2

Contractor Representative. The Contractor shall have a knowledgeable and responsible Representative Manager/Supervisor report to the MunicipalityCity’s designated Contract Representative within 24 twenty-four (24) hours following delivery of a Notice-to-Proceed by the execution of this ContractCity. The Contractor Representative Contractor’s Manger/Supervisor shall have the authority to implement all actions and commitments required to begin the performance of contracted services as set out in this Contract and the Contractor’s General Operations Plan. 3.2.
