CONTRACTOR NOTICE OF CHANGE. 10.3.1 If the Contractor or any of its Subcontractors asserts that any event or occurrence has caused a change in or addition to the Work which change causes an increase or decrease in the Contractor's or its Subcontractors’ cost or the time required for the performance of any part of the Work under the Contract, including Work not affected directly by the change, the Contractor shall, within ten (10) days of such event, give the Owner written notice as herein required. Said notice shall include the instructions or circumstances that are the basis of the claim and the Contractor's best estimate of the cost and time involved.

  • Notice of Change Grantee shall notify the Grantor if there is a change in Grantee’s legal status, federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS Number, UEI, XXX registration status, Related Parties, senior management or address. See 30 ILCS 708/60(a). If the change is anticipated, Grantee shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Grantor. If the change is unanticipated, Grantee shall give notice as soon as practicable thereafter. Grantor reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action as a result of such change(s).

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.

  • Payment for Material Completion The Contractor may request payment of the remaining contract balance, including retainage, less amounts credited the Owner or incurred as liquidated damages, and less amounts withheld for the Punchlist by reason of Minor Items or Permitted Incomplete Work (See Paragraph 6.5.3.2). Payment for Material Completion shall be made by a check payable jointly to the Contractor and Surety and shall be mailed to the Surety.

  • Notice of Change in Control The Company will, within five Business Days after any Responsible Officer has knowledge of the occurrence of any Change in Control, give written notice of such Change in Control to each holder of Notes. Such notice shall contain and constitute an offer to prepay Notes as described in subparagraph (b) of this Section 8.8 and shall be accompanied by the certificate described in subparagraph (e) of this Section 8.8.
