Contractor Information. The NYS Vehicle Discount shall refer to the percentage amount by which the Base Vehicle MSRP is reduced for NYS Contract purchases. The Contractor may increase the minimum NYS Vehicle Discount listed in the Contract at any time during the Contract term, and may also increase the minimum NYS Vehicle Discount for Mini-Bids conducted under the Contract. The NYS Vehicle Discount may not be decreased during the Contract term. Offers of pricing greater than MSRP in a Mini-Bid shall be rejected.
