Contractor Evaluation. Within sixty (60) days after the completion of this Agreement, the Special Initiatives Support Unit 1 shall complete a written evaluation of the Grantee’s performance under this Agreement. If the Grantee did not satisfactorily perform the work, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the State Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Legal Services, within five working days of the completion of the evaluation, and to the Grantee within 15 working days of the filing of the evaluation with DGS.
