CONTRACTOR Disclaimer of All Other Warranties. The CONTRACTOR warranties 26 contained in this Agreement and the Exhibits hereto extend to and are for the benefit of COUNTY and 27 its permitted successors and assigns only. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, including the 28 Exhibits thereto, CONTRACTOR makes no representations or warranties concerning either the 29 Equipment, the Sublicensed Software (or other programs supplied to COUNTY by CONTRACTOR and 30 which are directly licensed to COUNTY by a third party, or which are supplied by a third party to 31 COUNTY), the Licensed Software, the System, subscription services, Maintenance or Support, nor does 32 CONTRACTOR undertake any further obligations whatsoever.
