Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel. Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate. [Note: This provision only applies to a contract with a for-profit entity. Section 2270.002, Texas Government Code, requires inclusion of this Section in contracts between a governmental entity and a “company.” Section 2270.001(2), Texas Government Code, defines “company” to have the meaning assigned by Section 808.001, Texas Government Code. Section 808.001(2) defines “company” as a for-profit entity.]
