Common use of CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY. Contractor shall be responsible to City for acts and omissions of Contractor's agents, employees, and of Contractor’s Subcontractors, and their respective agents and employees. Unless otherwise stated in or a contrary intention is reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents, references to Contractor, when used in reference to an obligation bearing upon performance of the Work, shall be deemed to include Contractor’s Subcontractors.
