Contractor and Subcontract Requirement. The Equal Pay Ordinance applies to any subcontractor who performs work on behalf of a Contractor to the same extent as it would apply to that Contractor. Any Contractor subject to the Equal Pay Ordinance shall require all of its subcontractors to certify compliance with the Equal Pay Ordinance in its written subcontracts. ARTICLE X
