Contractor and/or Sample Clauses
The "Contractor and/or" clause defines the parties responsible for fulfilling certain obligations or performing specific tasks under the contract, allowing for flexibility in assigning duties to the contractor, their subcontractors, or both. In practice, this clause means that either the contractor alone, or the contractor together with other designated parties, may be held accountable for delivering services, materials, or meeting project milestones. Its core function is to provide adaptability in project management and clarify responsibility, ensuring that contractual obligations can be met even if multiple parties are involved.
Contractor and/or. Authorized Dealers may charge the Purchasing Entity a re-stocking fee for any Products that are not accepted. The amount of the fee shall be the lesser of 10% of the purchase price, or $200.00, unless otherwise specified in a Participating Addendum.
