Common use of Contracted Capacity Clause in Contracts

Contracted Capacity. 10.1.1. Pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Supplier shall dedicate a generating capacity of *****MW to the Aggregator at the Delivery Point as the capacity contracted hereunder (the “Contracted Capacity”) and the Contracted Capacity shall at all times be operated and utilised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Contracted Capacity. 10.1.1. 10.1.1 Pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Supplier Aggregator shall dedicate a generating capacity of *****MW to the Aggregator Utility at the Delivery Point as the capacity contracted hereunder (the “Contracted Capacity”) and the Contracted Capacity shall at all times be operated and utilised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
