Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. (a) Producer shall pay to the Industry Pension Plan through its Administrator, as agent for transmittal to Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF"), sixty cents ($0.60) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer during the period commencing August 1, 2021 to and including July 31, 2024 for employees who are subject to the Retired Employees Fund (on the same weekly and daily formula as the contributions paid under the Retired Employees Fund); provided, however, that in place and stead of the above cents per hour payments, such payments with respect to employees of laboratories shall be at the rate of one and seven-tenths cents ($0.017) per hour on or after August 1, 2021 to and including July 31, 2024. The Producers have established CSATF for the purpose of providing a Fund to be used for the administration of apprenticeship and other training programs within the motion picture industry; maintenance of appropriately classified and delineated seniority rosters within the motion picture industry; administration of safety programs and studies within the motion picture industry; administering and financing physical examinations in connection with any uniform industry retirement programs; and, generally, for the carrying on of similar such programs for the administration of other industry-wide services, studies or education. Such Trust Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees who shall be appointed by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. The parties agree that CSATF shall provide required safety training to individuals listed on the Industry Experience Roster created pursuant to Paragraph 68(b) of this Agreement. The Union shall be given an opportunity to provide input to CSATF with respect to the safety training courses required for each of its classifications and the curriculum for those courses. A $20.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending CSATF required safety training classes during non-work time. The stipend shall be paid to each individual in a single check within thirty (30) days following completion of all safety classes required for that individual's job classification. It is understood that any check so issued shall include payment for Course A of the Safety Pass Program, whether completed before or after the individual was placed on the Industry Experience Roster. The Producer shall pay to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF") four cents ($0.04) per hour effective August 1, 2015 (six cents ($0.06) per hour effective August 2, 2015 and eight cents ($0.08) per hour effective July 30, 2017) for each hour worked or guaranteed hereunder.

Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. The Employer shall pay to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund (“CSATF”) six cents ($.06) per hour for each hour worked or guaranteed hereunder and will increase to eight cents ($.08) per hour for each hour worked or guaranteed commencing on April 29, 2018. Employees will be required to complete harassment prevention training on a date scheduled by CSATF. Should an employee fail to successfully complete the training, the Producer shall not be obligated to call or continue to employ such employee. Effective May 1, 2016, each employee in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, who attends required harassment prevention training adminis- tered by Contract Services Administration Trust Fund shall be paid a stipend of $20.00 for each hour the employee attends such training.

Modify the first paragraph of Article 22 as follows: “For the purpose of establishing and administering the Industry Experience Roster described in Paragraph 25 herein and Step Three of the grievance procedure, Producer shall contribute to CSATF as follows For the period July 29, 2018 to and including August 1, 2020, nineteen and eighty-eight hundredths cents (19.88¢) for the period August 1, 2015 to and including July 31, 2018: (1) nine and three-quarters cents (9.75¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed each employee employed by such Producer and for the period August 2, 2020 to and including July 31, 2021, twenty-two and one-half cents (22.5¢) in the multi-employer bargaining unit on August 1, 2015; (2) thirteen and one-half cents (13.5¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed each employee employed by such Producer in the multi-employer bargaining unit from August 2, 2015 to and including July 29, 2017; and (3) seventeen and one-quarter cents (17.25¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed each employee employed by such Producer in the multi-employer bargaining unit from July 30, 2017 to and including July 31, 2018.”

Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. (a) Producer shall pay to the Industry Pension Plan through its Administrator, as agent for transmittal to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF"), for the period commencing August 1, 2012 to and including July 31, 2015, twenty-six cents ($.26) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer on or after August 1, 2012, for employees who are subject to the Retired Employees Fund (on the same weekly and daily formula as the contributions paid under the Retired Employees Fund); provided, however, that in place and stead of the above cents per hour payments, such payments: (1) with respect to employees of laboratories, shall be at the rate of three-quarters of one cent (3/4¢) per hour for the period commencing August 1, 2012 to and including July 31, 2015; and (2) with respect to Production Office Coordinators, Assistant Production Office Coordinators and Art Department Coordinators employed under the Local #871 Amendment Agreement, shall be at the rate of four cents (4¢) per hour for the period beginning August 1, 2012 to and including July 31, 2015. The Producers have established CSATF for the purpose of providing a Fund to be used for the administration of apprenticeship and other training programs within the motion picture industry; maintenance of appropriately classified and delineated seniority rosters within the motion picture industry; administration of safety programs and studies within the motion picture industry; administering and financing physical examinations in connection with any uniform industry retirement programs; and, generally, for the carrying on of similar such programs for the administration of other industry-wide services, studies or education. To this end, the parties have agreed, effective August 1, 2012, to renew the Industry Experience Roster Safety Requirement Training for the term of this Agreement. Such Trust Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees who shall be appointed by the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers.
Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. For the purpose of establishing and administering the Industry Experience Roster described in Paragraph 25 herein and Step Three of the grievance procedure, Producer shall contribute to CSATF as follows for the period August 1, 2015 to and including July 31, 2018: (1) nine and three-quarters cents (9.75¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed each employee employed by such Producer in the multi- employer bargaining unit on August 1, 2015; (2) thirteen and one-half cents (13.5¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed each employee employed by such Producer in the multi-employer bargaining unit from August 2, 2015 to and including July 29, 2017; and (3) seventeen and one-quarter cents (17.25¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed each employee employed by such Producer in the multi-employer bargaining unit from July 30, 2017 to and including July 31, 2018. A $15.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending CSATF-required safety training classes. It is understood that any check so issued shall include payment for course A of the Safety Pass Program, whether completed before or after the individual was placed on the Industry Experience Roster. A $20.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending harassment prevention training administered by CSATF during non-working time.
