Common use of Contract Review Clause in Contracts

Contract Review. From the date of acceptance of this Contract, Buyer and Seller shall have five (5) business days from the date of the last party to execute the Contract to have this Contract including all addenda or amendments, reviewed by their respective attorneys for the sole purpose of verifying that the form and language used herein adequately protects their clients and to make any necessary language changes within such time. The substance and material terms of this Contract shall remain unchanged.
