CONTRACT RATES. Fort Bend County is a ‘Cooperative Purchasing Participating Entity’ with the State of Texas. This program is also known as TPASS (Texas Procurement and Support Services) State Travel Management Program (STMP). This gives County employees and officials access to the contract rates negotiated by the State for hotels and rental cars. Procurement procedures for these contract services are explained within the categories below.

CONTRACT RATES. TRPN contracts with insurance companies, third party administrators, health plans, individuals and entities hereinafter referred to as “Clients” that directly or indirectly access TRPN contracted providers for covered services. Covered Services shall include all services that are medically necessary including health, workers’ compensation, automobile and general liability. The rate used in conjunction with this Agreement will be a * discount off of Provider’s usual charge for covered services, less any applicable co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles. Clients are obligated to make payment directly to provider only at the contracted rate as payment in full. Provider shall not balance xxxx the patient upon receipt of payment in full at the contracted rate. TRPN has no responsibility to make payments on behalf of Clients. Payments shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of clean claim. Where a state mandated fee schedule exists, provider agrees to accept a * discount below the state schedule. Payments made and cashed by the provider shall be accepted as payment in full and fulfillment of all terms of the agreement, providing the total payment including the member’s portion is not less than the contracted rate.
CONTRACT RATES. A. Repairs, Standard Rate: The Standard Rate shall apply to any repair that does not meet the criteria for Premium Rate. The Contractor shall perform routine repairs as directed by the City during the term of this contract. The Contractor shall be compensated for such repairs at the Standard Rate shown on the bid form. Materials used during routine repairs will be reimbursed at Contractor's cost plus 10%. All subcontracted work accomplished during routine repairs will be reimbursed at the Contractor's cost plus 5%.
CONTRACT RATES. (a) Any variations to the contract, for which no rates exist in the priced bill of quantities, will be priced in accordance with the rates tabulated below. Rates are to exclude VAT.
