Contract Principal Balance. As of any date in the case of a Contract, the present value of the Scheduled Payments to become due on and after the date of calculation (excluding all Scheduled Payments due on or prior to, but not received as of such date of calculation), discounted monthly at 1/12 of the Applicable Discount Rate.
