CONTRACT PRICELIST. The Contractor shall provide a Contract Pricelist to NYSPro. The Contract Pricelist submitted to NYSPro shall include at a minimum an item number, description, MSRP, discount, and NYS Net Contract Price for all Base Items and associated OEM Options offered under the Contract. The Contract Pricelist shall be made available to Authorized Users and posted publically on the OGS Web site, and shall include at a minimum, an item number, description, and NYS Net Contract Price for all Base Items and OEM Options offered under the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where an Authorized User does not have the capability to access Contract information electronically, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility, upon Authorized User request, to furnish, without charge, Contract Pricelists, including any changes (price changes, additions, deletions, etc.) pursuant to the Contract, to Authorized Users who request them. Contract Pricelists may be furnished to Authorized Users in either hard-copy or electronic format. If available in both formats, they shall be furnished in the format preferred by the requesting Authorized User. Upon request, the Contractor shall assist Authorized Users in the use of Contract Pricelists.
