Contract Periods. The Parties further agree to reassess and work in good faith to amend the Aircraft Availability Guarantee by March 31 of each calendar year to account for changes in demand for Blade Flights in the event modifications are deemed necessary. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in calendar year 2023 only, the Parties agree to reassess and amend the Aircraft Availability Guarantee no later than July 31, 2023 to account for changes, if any, to the Air Carriers’ ability to operate the Regular Line France. In addition, the Parties agree to reassess and amend the Aircraft Availability Guarantee in case of closure of a Utilized Heliport having an ICAO code.
