CONTRACT OF HIRE. The hiring contract will be between you the Hirer and Mr. and Xxx. X. X. Xxxx (The Owners of the property) and shall be deemed to be made subject to these Conditions of Hire and governed by English Law. The Contract of Hire is not effective until The Owners dispatch to the Hirer at his/her permanent address, written confirmation of the booking. The contract is for the hire of the property for holiday purposes only. We do not accept bookings from Hirers under 18 years of age.

CONTRACT OF HIRE. PERMANENT EMPLOYEES Definition: Subject to the relevant provisions in this agreement dealing with Termination, Introduction of Change and Redundancy, the contract of hiring of permanent employees shall, be deemed to be by the week (permanent employees).
CONTRACT OF HIRE. PART-TIME EMPLOYEES Definition: A part-time employee means an employee who is engaged by the week for less than 38 but not less than 15 hours in any one week. Provided that such employees shall be engaged for a minimum of three hours on any one day, on a maximum of 5 days in any seven.
CONTRACT OF HIRE o Bath Short Stays Limited (“BSSL”) act on behalf of and are connected with Companies or individuals whom own the holiday properties (hereafter called the “Owners”). o The hiring contract shall be between the Hirer and the Owners of the individual properties and shall be deemed to be made subject to these Booking Conditions. o The Contract of Hire is not effective until BSSL dispatches to the Hirer written confirmation of a booking. o The hiring contract confers upon the Hirer the right to occupy the property for a short stay only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists after the date of the short stay/holiday. o The Hirer certifies that he or she is over 18 years of age and is authorised to agree to the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons who will occupy the property during the period for which he or she has booked it and that they are all, apart from infants, aware of the Booking Conditions. o Unfortunately we are not able to accept any pets in any of our Properties.
CONTRACT OF HIRE. This hire contract is made between the person who signs the booking form on behalf of all the other party members named on the booking form (“the hirer”) and Select Cottages Limited This Contract is effective from the date Select Cottages Limited dispatches to the hirer confirmation of the booking.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING BOYCOTTING CERTAIN ENERGY COMPANIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2274 of SB 13 (87th session), the company hereby certifies and verifies that the company, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of these entities or business associations, if any, does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the contract. For purposes of this contract, the term “company” shall mean an organization, association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability company, that exists to make a profit. The term “boycott energy company” shall mean “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” See Tex. Gov’t Code § 809.001(1).

  • Disclosure and Use 20.2.1 Each Receiving Party agrees that, from and after the Effective Date:

  • Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization.   • USE OF NASA NAME AND NASA EMBLEMS A. NASA Name and Initials Partner shall not use "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" or "NASA" in a way that creates the impression that a product or service has the authorization, support, sponsorship, or endorsement of NASA, which does not, in fact, exist. Except for releases under the "Release of General Information to the Public and Media" Article, Partner must submit any proposed public use of the NASA name or initials (including press releases and all promotional and advertising use) to the NASA Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications or designee ("NASA Communications") for review and approval. Approval by NASA Office of Communications shall be based on applicable law and policy governing the use of the NASA name and initials.
