Contract Negotiations. The Association may designate no more than seven (7) bargaining unit members who will serve as the negotiation committee and will be allowed to attend the number of negotiation sessions, agreed upon by the Association and management, without loss of pay. The Association will notify the Employer of those members who will be designated as the bargaining team.
